Owners requested modern and open living spaces on main level- in addition to an updated street presence. Interior walls were removed, and marked by steel plates in the floors and ceilings. The rear wall was opened with large windows and glass sliders to an expanded patio. New kitchen cabinets complete the bright and colorful interior. Larger windows address the street front, admitting abundant natural light into the main space. The front stairs were reworked, along with a new canopy and landing at the entry. The brick was painted white and shutters removed. Colored Abet Lamanati panels and a new garage door complete the transformation
