This new pool house is being added to a mid-century modern property in Silver Spring - the goal is to “bring the party to the pool”. It will serve as a central gathering space for a close-knit family that has recently added young grandchildren. The structure includes a small kitchen and hangout area, with covered outdoor grilling space, and a 2-sided fireplace for cooler evenings.
